A: The golf carts are open-air and have limited space, so we recommend contacting us directly to accommodate special needs or mobility devices.

Q: Is this a historical tour?
A: No — it’s pure entertainment. While you’ll pass major landmarks, the focus is on comedy, character, and holiday sparkle, not deep historical narration. 

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: In the event of heavy rain, tours may be postponed or canceled. We’ll work with guests to reschedule when possible.

Q: How do I get to the meeting point?
A: Parking is limited near 101 Orange Street. We recommend using nearby public or private parking lots or the Historic Downtown Parking Garage - which is just 4 blocks from the "Pink House", and arriving at least an hour early to ensure you’re on time. 

Q: Can we take pictures?
A: Absolutely! Not only can you take photos, but we encourage it. You’ll have photo stops, and the Grinch often “poses” in his own gruff way.

Q: Is tipping expected?
A: While gratuity is not required, our guides absolutely appreciate it — especially if the Grinch successfully cracked you up or gave you a magical night.

Q: Is this the same as other Grinch tours and Character Tours in St. Augustine?

A: No! It's way better!
